Outdoor Division Breakdown

Parent and Tot U3

The Parent & Tot program requires parent or guardian on-field participation. Your registration includes:

Active Start U4-U6

The Active Start program is a great way to get your child moving and engaged with other kids in a fun team environment.  They will learn the basic concepts of soccer, and enjoy scrimmages against other teams. Please note that all players are required to wear shin guards.

FUNdamentals U7-U9

  • U7 boys
  • U7 girls
  • U8 boys
  • U8 girls
  • U9 boys
  • U9 girls

The U7 and U8 FUNdamentals program is played 5 versus 5 with a goalie, and each session is 60 minutes in length.  The U7 program offers an option to register to play once or twice per week, and the U8 program is twice per week.  

The U9 FUNdamentals program is played 7 versus 7 with a goalie. The total time allocated per session is 75-minutes. Gameplay consists of a 15-minute warm-up, followed by two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute half time. Practice sessions are 75 minutes of practice time.

Learn To Train U10-U12

  • U10 boys
  • U10 girls
  • U11 boys
  • U12 boys
  • U11-12 girls

The U10 division plays a 7 versus 7 format.  The U11 and U12 divisions play a 9 versus 9  format.  All sessions are twice per week, and 75 minutes per session.  Stats and standings will be kept, and the season will conclude with play-offs.  Every athlete ages U9-U10 will receive a medal or trophy. For the U11-U12 divisions, teams that finish in 1st place in during the regular season or play-offs will receive a medal or trophy.

  • Soccer Ball
  • Medal or Trophy for teams that finish in 1st place for the season and play-offs
  • Play-offs
  • Field Costs
  • Referee Fees
  • Ontario Soccer Registration & Insurance

Soccer For Life U13-U18

  • U13-14 boys
  • U13-14 girls
  • U15-18 boys
  • U15-18 girls

All divisions play an 11 versus 11 format. The U13-14 divisions play twice per week – U13-14 boys on Mondays & Wednesday and U13-14 girls on Tuesdays & Thursdays.  Both the U15-18 boys and girls play once per week – boys on Wednesdays and girls on Thursdays. Each session is 75 minutes long. Stats and standings will be kept, and the season will conclude with play-offs. 

Registration includes: 

  • Full Uniform (jersey, shorts, socks)
  • Play-offs
  • Medal or Trophy for division and play-off winners
  • Field Costs
  • Referee Fees
  • Ontario Soccer Registration & Insurance
