World Cup Tickets

We're giving away 2 tickets to Canada's opening World Cup game on June 12th! All members in good standing currently registered to a 2026 KTFC or Kitchener SC 2026 outdoor house league team are eligible. The contest runs from May 25th through May 30th. Complete this FORM to enter.

Full Contest Rules:

1. Organizer

The World Cup Ticket Giveaway (“Contest”) is organized and administered by Kitchener Soccer Club (KSC) (“Organizer”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest opens at 9:00 AM EST on Monday, May 25, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, May 30, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to the World Cup Canada match taking place on June 12, 2026 at BMO Field.

Approximate retail value may vary.

The prize:

• is non-transferable,
• has no cash value,
• cannot be exchanged or substituted except at the Organizer’s discretion.

Transportation, parking, accommodations, food, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and prize draw:

• are registered members in the 2026 Kitchener SC Outdoor House League season, OR
• are registered to a 2026 Kitchener TFC team,
• and are members in good standing with KSC and/or KTFC.

To be considered “in good standing,” participants must:

• have no outstanding registration balances or disciplinary suspensions, and
• comply with KSC and KTFC policies and codes of conduct.

Employees, board members, or volunteers directly involved in administering the Contest may be excluded at the Organizer’s discretion.

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by completing the official Google Form during the Contest Period.

Limit:

• One (1) entry per eligible member.

Duplicate entries may be removed at the Organizer’s discretion.

By entering, participants agree that KSC may verify registration status and membership standing for eligibility purposes.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will be conducted using Lucky Draw Studio or a comparable random selection tool.

The draw is expected to take place on or about Monday, June 1, 2026.

7. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided in the entry form.

If:

• the selected entrant cannot be reached within 48 hours,
• is found to be ineligible,
• or declines the prize,

KSC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Skill-Testing Question

As required by Canadian contest regulations, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that KSC may use their first name, last initial, and/or photograph for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Google Form will be used solely for:

• administering the Contest,
• verifying eligibility,
• and contacting the winner.

Information will not be sold or shared outside KSC except as necessary for contest administration.

11. General Conditions

KSC reserves the right to:

• cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary,
• disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these rules,
• and make final decisions regarding all Contest matters.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of KSC.
